AVG anti virus Free Version 8.0 has anti-spyware and other features too. May I delete Spyware Terminator?

Today I have downloaded AVG free 8.0 which has anti-spyware programmes too. At present I use "Spyware Terminator" and "Ad-Aware 2007" programmes in my computer. May I delete these two programmes? I think my computer is slow now. I think it will be alright if I delete these two programmes.
