How to create an exectable jar file of a java programe??

I wnat to know how to create an executable jar file of a java programe using jdk?? as soon as i doule click on the file it will launch tthe application even it the compiler and interpreters are absent....it must be like other exe files in windows..please send me tthe procedure if anybody know??
