Does masturbation cause scratches on your ?

I have been masturbating a lot lately (i dont use lube) and today i noticed some blod on my hand. I was pretty freaked out, and when i looked at it, on the bottom of my there were scratches kind of half healed. Now, my hair follices angle upward, and the scratches are kind of angled like that, half recessed, like they are where the hair should be. is this just cause of too much masturbation?
