My birds?!?

okay, i just put my new parakeet Jasmin in my old parakeet's, Ariel, cage. Jasmin was in a different cage next to Ariel for about three and shed cling to the was closest to Ariel And Ariel would do the same. well they have been together for 3 days now and at first they were fine, just a little curious. but, then Ariel would start pecking at Jasmin (not ever touching her) when she'd get close. the second day, Ariel was all puffed up and she would go over to her mirror and bite it and throw it around aggressivley like she was angry. And now Jamin is also puffed up and both are shaking a little and breathing hard. Are they sick? should i take one of them out and put it back in the old cage? what should i do?!
