Question for the females. why do you worry about what other people think of you?

i was talking to this one girl, we were friends, but not really close, close, but anyway we were talking and i asked her if she wanted to be my Fbuddy, she said she wouldn't feel comfortable bec she dnt want ppl thinking she was a hoe!!! are there any females who can be honest...there are females who got needs and dnt wanna deal wit the drama right?
