Looking for a new church home in NW suburbs of Chicago?

Can someone recommend a church in the NW suburbs of Chicago? I live in the Gurnee area, and looking for a multiracial Christian church that teaches the word of God. A church that has a growing youth (teen) ministry for my kids. I've been to a few and have yet to find one that I've felt comfortable with, or gives me the sense that I've learned something. I would love something on a smaller scale, but similar to Joel Osteen, Paula White or TD Jakes.
