What is needed to get into USC or UCLA?

I am interested in going to USC or UCLA. I'm wondering what is necessary to get in as far as GPA, test scores, etc. At the moment I have around a 3.6-3.7 gpa, I haven't taken the SAT yet but i scored a 191 on my psat (which translates roughly to a 1910 on the SAT), I haven't done any community service yet but I plan on doing some. Does it look like I would be able to get in to either of these schools? If not, what else should I do or what else is required?
