Menopause Relief or not?

all women in beginning stages of menopause. I have severe hot flashes can;t sleep at night because i am drenched in sweat. I tried Remifemin and soy pills nothing is working . Help I am going out of my mind and so is my family. What is on the market that works. Is Hormone Replacement Therapy the only answer?
