Question about newborn reflux...?

My one month old daughter was diagnosed with reflux this week. The DR gave her a script for zantac, and it seems to help a little. I have tried everything to help her with this condition from position feeding, to pumping prior to feeding, to dietary changes, frequent burping, etc, etc, etc. Today she has vomited (NOT SPIT UP... there is a huge difference) 4 times already on top of her regular spitting up. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to help reduce the amount of vomiting... not necessarily get rid of it. Please only respond if you have first hand experience with reflux. Thanks!!
