Tell her off and the next person you hear that says something of sympathy to her while your around, flat out say to them that shes not actually hurt. I would say straight to her face. "Your not hurt and its really getting annoying with you pretending to be. You need to stop! It's stupid to want sympathy and attention. You can't win people over by being fake."
