Which city has the better quality of living Derby or Stoke-on-trent?

The reason I ask is because next year I intend to go to university and so far two of my choices have accepted me derby and staffordshire. The two universities are similar and so are the courses so trying to decide between them has come down to the cities themselves and which city I would enjoy living in the most.
