What should i think??????

Ok so me and my current boyfriend of 7 months have had a great relationship..I dnt really have any probe out of him except for his cell phone.he Treats me like a queen. Buys me everything and spends time with me. But for sum reason he don't try to have with me.he spends the night with me and dosnt do anything. I am very attractive and I no he thinks that...what could it be is he maybe with another girl?? All he ever want to do it cuddle kiss and hug.... Should I be worried????
