What does he mean by this?.... Guys opinion preferred...?

I'm only 15 but I think he wants to wait for the perfect day or a perfect date where he wants to kiss you not just any random day. To me its a sign that he's romantic and wants everything to be perfect ya know... well that's just my thought.
