No, this isnt even close to being the worst in WWE history. Don't you remember when Khali held the belt? That was pretty bad. Then there was the time Mr. McMahon was Champion. The very worst, by far, so bad that god cried, was each and every time that the WWE decided to let a talentless jobber, "Stone Dumb" Steve Austin, be the Champion.
