Could I be pregnant or is it ovulation?

I gave my bf a hj on Saturday. So like 4 days ago. I stopped before he fully came but there was pre *** and that's why it stopped. He went to the bathroom to pee the sperm out. We both washed our hands I was wearing jeans the whole time. But I did happen to touch my shirt after touching him. After we washed our hands we snuggled and made out ven though there was pre on the bed and on him. I'm about 16 days in my cycle and yesterday I had discharge stuff in my underwear but I was also turned on so idk which it could be from. Am I pregnant or ovulating?
