Could my husband get the swine flu from me still?

I have swine flu. I experienced the symptoms two days ago and was tested yesterday. The test came back positive. What my concern is that my husband who is 19 (I'm 20) might catch it. He doesn't think so because he says if he was he would of already caught it by now. He pointed out up until I got the test yesterday we would share drinks together, kisses, and food. Does this mean theres a good chance he might end up not getting it?
