How do i stop feeling sick?

ive been hanging out with a lot of people who have sore throats and stuffy congested runny noses and a girl slept in the same bed with me and she was pretty sick. and now i feel a sore throat and congested and runny. so what do i do to stop that feeling. like prevent gettign sick. make my sore throat and congesteness go away
