How do you get over a 5 year relationship when the heartache is unbearable?

He has broken my heart so badly and I can't get him off my mind. I want to forget him and move on with my life but all I can think about is him..and all I can do is cry and want to talk to him. How can I get over him and forget him? I have my faults but I know I'm worth having someone who's faithful and in love with me...how can I move on?
