NO smokey eye!!!! There is so much black your outfit. When you do makeup for an occasion like this, you never want to color coordinate your makeup with your outfit. Because its a long tail dress of sorts, go for a natural nude look. Long lashes, whites and light pink overshadows and maybe some black liner if you know how to apply it properly. If you pur eyeliner in your waterline don't even bother. A soft pink rosy cheek and a soft nude lip. Beautiful!
