Symptoms? So I had a positive OPK on Saturday last weekend, we BD the Tuesday prior, that saturday I got my LH?

surge and Sunday,... I am noticing my nips are pretty sore and I have clear CM this morning ( sorry if TMI) I am crampy as well. Maybe I'm just so hopeful that I'm presenting symptoms in my head, but who knows? Is it possible to conceive 4 days before an LH surge? I'm thinking that maybe why I'm showing symptoms already..
